It is a real, deployed AI system — not a PDF certificate. A Pontem credential is a live project employers can click, test, and evaluate. It lives on your portfolio and is verified by Pontem. Most graduates ship their first credential within the first 6 weeks.
Sessions led by social workers and psychologists focused on real transition challenges — career anxiety, identity, resilience, communication, and purpose. These are not optional extras. They are part of how Pontem trains the whole person, not just the coder.
Neither. Pontem is a living ecosystem — a cohort-based community built around real projects, real mentorship, and real relationships. There are no recorded lectures. You show up, you build, you teach, and you grow — together.
Once graduates reach a production milestone — usually around 6–8 weeks in — they begin mentoring high schoolers through collaborative, game-based AI projects. This is not optional. Teaching is the core of how mastery works at Pontem, and it is also the fastest proven path to genuine expertise.
